1 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form the legal agreement between you ("the Player") and Aviator Bet ("the Platform", "we", "us") governing your use of the Aviator Bet website, mobile application, games, betting services and any related features or tools available at aviatorbet.vin.

Deposits made through unverified accounts may be returned; winnings earned during an unverified period may be withheld pending satisfactory verification.

3 Account Registration

Each person is permitted to hold only one registered account on Aviator Bet. Opening, operating or benefiting from more than one account — whether under the same name, the same device, the same payment method or the same IP address — is a serious breach of these Terms.

When registering, you must provide accurate, complete and up-to-date information. This includes your legal name, date of birth, contact details and any other information requested during the registration or verification process. Providing false information is grounds for immediate account closure and forfeiture of any balance held.

You are solely responsible for:

• Keeping your login credentials (username and password) confidential and secure.
• All activity that takes place under your account, including any bets placed or deposits made.
• Notifying Aviator Bet immediately if you believe your account has been accessed without your authorisation.

Accounts are personal to the registered holder. You may not transfer, sell or allow another person to use your account. Account sharing is not permitted and may result in suspension.

4 Deposits & Payments

Aviator Bet accepts deposits in PKR (Pakistani Rupees) through a range of local payment methods including JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast interbank transfer and standard bank transfers. All deposits are credited to your account balance in PKR without currency conversion.

The following conditions apply to all deposits:

• Deposits must be made from a payment method that is registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party accounts are not accepted and will be returned where possible.
• Minimum and maximum deposit amounts apply per transaction and may vary by payment method. Current limits are displayed in the Deposit section of the platform.
• Deposit confirmation times depend on the payment provider. JazzCash and Easypaisa transactions typically reflect within a few minutes under normal circumstances.
• The platform does not charge deposit fees on its end, though your payment provider may apply their own service charges.

5 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests can be submitted through the Withdrawal section of your account. All withdrawals are processed in PKR back to a payment method registered in your name.

• Verification requirement: All accounts must complete identity verification before a withdrawal can be processed. This is a one-time requirement for most accounts, though additional checks may be requested for higher withdrawal amounts.
• Matching payment method: Withdrawals must be sent to the same method used to deposit, where technically possible. This is a standard anti-fraud measure.

6 Bonuses & Promotions

Aviator Bet offers bonuses and promotions to both new and existing players from time to time. Each promotion has its own specific terms, including wagering requirements, eligible games, minimum deposit amounts, time limits and maximum withdrawal amounts from bonus winnings. These specific terms are published with each offer and form part of the overall Terms.

General bonus rules that apply across all promotions:

• Bonuses are intended for genuine recreational players. Exploiting bonuses through coordinated betting strategies, multi-accounting or other techniques designed to generate guaranteed profit from promotions is strictly prohibited.
• Bonuses cannot be transferred between accounts or exchanged for cash unless specific withdrawal conditions have been fully met.
• The platform reserves the right to withdraw a bonus offer at any time before it has been claimed, or to cancel a bonus already credited if there is reasonable evidence of abuse.
• Only one bonus may be active at a time unless the specific promotion terms state otherwise.

7 Gameplay & Betting Rules

• Sports betting: All sports bets, including cricket, PSL matches, T20 internationals and football markets, are settled according to the official result of the relevant event. The platform's decision on bet settlement is final in the event of any dispute.
• Crash games: The outcome of crash games, including the Aviator crash game, is determined by a certified random number generator. Past rounds have no influence on future outcomes.
• Slots: All slot games use random number generation. Return-to-player percentages are set by the game provider and are not modified by the platform.
• Live casino: Live dealer games are governed by both the platform's rules and the operating rules of the studio providing the live feed. In the event of a technical disconnection during a live game, the round outcome stands if it was already in progress.

The platform reserves the right to void bets placed on events or games where a technical error has affected the displayed odds, the game result or the betting process. In such cases, the staked amount will be returned to your account balance.

8 Prohibited Activity

The following activities are strictly prohibited on Aviator Bet. Engaging in any of them may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of balance and reporting to relevant authorities where applicable:

• Registering more than one account, or using someone else's account or payment details.
• Providing false, misleading or incomplete information during registration or verification.

• Attempting to exploit software bugs, glitches or errors to generate credits or favourable outcomes unfairly.
• Using automated tools, bots, scripts or software to interact with the platform in place of genuine human play.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes, particularly in live casino settings.
• Depositing funds that originate from criminal activity or that you are not legally entitled to use.
• Threatening, harassing or abusing platform staff or other users through any communication channel.
• Attempting to gain access to another player's account without their authorisation.

The platform monitors accounts and betting patterns on an ongoing basis. Any account flagged for suspicious activity will be reviewed and may be suspended during that review without prior notice.

9 Responsible Gaming

11 Account Suspension & Closure

Where an account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, any remaining balance may be forfeited. Where an account is closed for reasons unrelated to player misconduct — such as a voluntary closure request — the verified balance at the time of closure will be returned to the player via their registered payment method, subject to standard verification requirements.

12 Limitation of Liability
